Sometimes a remodel project prefers a light touch. This home has a great layout but the finishes were dated and it was due for a 30 year update. We improved the kitchen layout with some minor tweaks and freshened up the cabinet design. The underused living room got a cocktail center and an updated fireplace surround with a custom mantel, featuring our signature tapered curve. We updated the color palette with a fresh light wall color and a few dramatic gestures- check the dining room ceiling! Oo la la.
